The Chargenode portal gives condominiums and communities full control over their charging infrastructure in a single tool. With an intuitive dashboard, you get real-time overview of charging status, energy consumption and usage patterns.
You can easily administer members, control pricing with flexible options such as fixed, variable or scheduled pricing, and manage invoice documents with full transparency — including support for self-invoicing.
The member charges and pays directly via app, RFID or card payment. ChargeNode automatically charges based on consumption (kWh) and any time or power charges. Every month we send a self-invoice to the association with the net proceeds. The board posts the invoice - nothing more.
In our portal, the Board of Directors can:
• Set prices for different time periods or membership groups
• See usage statistics and financial monitoring
