At ChargeNode, our customers are our top priority. We strive to deliver world-class service that ensures safety and reliability.

A charging station that does not work creates problems — for residents, fleets of vehicles and for you as plant owners. In addition to operational disruptions, you bear a statutory responsibility: The Electrical Safety Act requires that your electrical installation is continuously checked and maintained in a safe condition.
Common challenges without proper service support:We do things a little differently. To make the most of the available power and give all visitors the desired charge, we have a smart queuing system. Our smart software optimizes and allocates the available charging power on the number of cars plugged in, departure times, the charging capacity of the cars and the desired charge. Those who need to ride first get recharged first, those who stand taller are charged later. But everyone gets a charge without you having to increase the power output on the property. You can also differentiate your pricing based on the locations, which cars are parked, which days of the week and so on.

As a plant owner, you are obliged under the Electric Safety Act to continuously check that your electrical installation provides satisfactory safety. ChargeNode offers two forms of control - an ongoing and a one-time control.
Annual check - ongoing protection, year after year
We visit your facility every year, carry out a complete inspection and deliver a control document.Ideal for those who want continuous security and comply with legal requirements without having to think about it.
One-time check - status assessment at one time
A current review of the facility's safety and operation. Suitable for commissioning, change of ownership, post-conversion or as a targeted safety briefing - without an ongoing contract.

Whether you choose Annual Check or One-Time Check, the same thorough review of your charging installation is carried out:
1. Visual and mechanical control
We review the enclosure, attachment, lock and wear parts to detect any visible defects or damage.
2. Checking of electrical and connecting parts
We review sockets, cables and connections to make sure everything is complete and working properly.
3. Verification of safety features
We test RCDs and other protection functions according to the manufacturer's instructions.
4. Control of function and communication
We verify that charging works on all sockets and that any RFID or other control is working properly.
5. cleanup
We ensure that the charging station is clean and free of dust and dirt, which extends the service life and reduces the risk of failure.

If you do not have an SLA agreement, ChargeNode's standard service hours and prices apply. Please note that without a contract, we cannot guarantee a specific set time. However, we always strive to handle cases as quickly as possible - normally you can expect site visits within 8-15 working days.
