Our journey began in frustration. It started with our founder Kristian Sandahl waiting to charge his new electric car. 5 charging poles occupied with cars that were already fully charged but the owners did not show up.
That moment brought determination. There needs to be a better way to increase the availability of electric car charging. A few years later, ChargeNode launched its first groundbreaking and patent-pending charging system that changed the Swedish market.
Today, ChargeNode is the leading charging operator in the Nordic region, operating over 60,000 charging outlets, almost half of which are now also traditional charging boxes.
