more Sweden AB is currently undertaking a strategic realignment with the aim of strengthening its position as a leading pure public fast charging operator in the Nordic region. As part of this transformation, Mer is conducting a targeted sale of the business segment to ChargeNode, Sweden's leading provider of charging solutions for businesses and property owners.
The sale will see ChargeNode take over MER's enterprise customers and their charging facilities, giving customers access to ChargeNode's market-leading smart charge optimization and power management software. At the same time, More can focus fully on developing and expanding its public fast-charging network based on 100% renewable energy.
