ChargeNode is a proud partner of Scandinavian Mixed — the world's first mixed golf tournament. We offer smart electric car charging at Vallda Golf & Country Club during race days.

ChargeNode is a proud partner of a historic golf tournament where the best ladies and gentlemen in Europe meet for the first time on the same course and in the same competition.
Scandinavian Mixed is the world's first fully equal competition where 78 men and 78 women compete for the first time for the same prize money and trophy. The competition will be held at Vallda Golf & Country Club on 10-13 June and Sweden's all-time best players, Annika Sörenstam and Henrik Stenson, will host the competition.
“It feels both fun and important to be able to present ChargeNode as a partner for Scandinavian Mixed. We both represent innovation where sustainability and equality are common drivers. ChargeNode's smart charging system for large-scale electrification creates a sustainable and fossil-free society, which we at Scandinavian Mixed fully support,” says Claes Nilsson, Commercial Director for Scandinavian Mixed.
During the race days, ChargeNode will offer smart electric car charging for visitors and also have staff on site for demonstration of its innovative charging technology.
“ChargeNode and Scandinavian Mixed share the same vision of a sustainable society with diversity and equality. We are therefore extremely proud to be part of this historic golf tournament,” says Kristian Sandahl, CEO and founder of ChargeNode.
ChargeNode was founded in 2018 with the conviction that new technological solutions with smarter resource utilization are required to solve today's challenges of large-scale electrification. Today, the company is a fast-growing greentech company based in Gothenburg. The company offers smart charging systems for large-scale electric vehicle charging based on proprietary and patent-pending charging technology. By centralizing charging technology, charging can be distributed to more parking locations without the need for a separate charger at each parking location. With smart steering, e.g. at departure time, cars with short parking time can be charged first and then those that need to stand longer. Everyone gets the charge that they desire. Customers include real estate companies, condominium associations, hotels and destinations, some of which are ESS Hotell, Varberg Energi, Bygg-Göta, PGA Sweden International and Kvdbil.
