Manage multiple vehicles and users.
If you have a car pool or several company cars with different drivers, then you can easily connect these users to the same simple invoice service. You have the option to start charging via RFID Tag and it can be tied against a specific vehicle and registration number. IN company portal You, as a company admin, manage the registration of users and vehicles so that you have full control.
With the Business Account, you get better control over your sustainability reporting. Each tag or user profile can be linked to a vehicle's registration number. Each month, you will receive an Excel report of all charging sessions with data such as date, location, amount of charge, price and registration number (if specified).
ChargeNode works with most leasing companies, so that the charging of your rental cars can be paid directly by the leasing company. This way you get the same invoice flow as for other vehicle-related costs.
With the Business Account, you get a unique company code. This code can be used to be invited to charge at private charging areas that are not otherwise accessible to the public. This is especially useful for hauliers who need to load at another depot. Plant owners also have the option to link your Company Code to a discount group if a lower electricity price is to be offered.
