Wihlborgs chooses ChargeNode for large-scale electric car charging in Lund and Malmö. The collaboration provides tenants with a modern, user-friendly charging service with both AC and DC charging.
Another big real estate company chooses ChargeNode. The country's largest provider of large-scale electric car charging has recently entered into a partnership with real estate company Wihlborgs in Lund.
After a procurement, ChargeNode was commissioned to migrate a large number of charging points for the real estate company Wihlborgs in Lund. A little later, they ordered additional charging points and more are in the works, both for AC charging and DC charging.
Hassan Mahdi, Managing Director at Wihlborgs, explains that the aim of the procurement was to ensure a modern, reliable and user-friendly charging service that meets both the needs of today and the future.
“We wanted to make the delivery to our tenants and their visitors even better. For us, it is important that our services are both effective for our management and easy for the end user. The combination of a strong software platform for us as property owners and a smooth, intuitive user experience therefore weighed heavily when we chose ChargeNode.”
“Now the cooperation has been going on for a while and we have only received positive feedback from our tenants, which is absolutely most important to us,” says Hassan Mahdi.
“It's easy to start and stop charging and the monitoring of our charging stations works well. We also have the opportunity to be involved in influencing the development of the product according to the needs of the respective location, which is positive for us.”
Hassan Mahdi believes that the demand and expansion rate of large-scale electric car charging is largely driven by the needs of tenants.
“We want to be an enabler in the transition to fossil-free mobility and electric car charging is an obvious and important part of our sustainability work in the area of sustainable mobility. We are therefore expanding and replenishing our stock on an ongoing basis as the needs arise.”
