HSB Brf Lille-Börjes loads with ChargeNode

Electric car charging has quickly gone from being an innovation to becoming a requirement for many people who change their home. Lille-Börjes invested in electric car charging for their association and together with ChargeNode they installed charging outlets in all parking lots.

Brf Lille-Börjes carried out a structured procurement when they were going to invest in electric car charging and chose a comprehensive solution from ChargeNode where they undertook to manage everything up to the commissioning plant. ChargeNode installed their popular aluminum beam with integrated charging outlets along the entire parking lot, which is very aesthetically pleasing.

-” We also chose led lighting under the beam. A choice we can really recommend, now we have adjusted down the rest of the lighting thanks to the basic light from the charging strip. The light provides a sense of security that is highly appreciated by our members,” says Mikael Bengtsson, Chairman of Brf Lille-Börjes.

The ChargeNode software optimizes and allocates the available charging power on the number of cars plugged in, departure times, the charging capacity of the cars and the desired charge. Everyone gets charging without the property having to increase the power output. The system can scale up to hundreds of locations.

-” Since we built the whole system at once, we no longer have to think about the charging issue for our association. We maximized the support from the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency and have received an installation with a long technical life that lasts for the future,” continues Mikael Bengtsson.
