Timeline

From signing to live on 12 weeks.

E.ON will close its CPO business on September 1, 2026. All customers should be migrated by then - it's a hard deadline. Here is the way to get there, phase by phase, without service gaps for your end users.

May - June 2026

Agreements

Expression of interest, dialogue with sellers and digital signing. The earlier you sign, the better the anticipation for site visits and deployments.

June - July 2026

Preparation

We download your technical data directly from the Virta portal, create your profile in ChargeNode and prepare decals and SIM cards. You hardly have to do anything.

July 2026

Onboarding

You will be logged in to your new portal and fill in invoicing and pricing. We hold digital webinars so your team knows the platform before you go live.

1 - 30 August 2026

Site visits

Our technician visits your facilities, changes decals and SIM cards, and verifies connectivity. You don't normally have to be there.

August 2026

Deployment

Area by area, the chargers go live in ChargeNode's platform. End users charge through the ChargeNode app from day one. The E.ON contract runs until we take over — no slack.

September 1, 2026 - hard deadline

E.ON closes its platform regardless of migration status. We recommend signing by June to secure space in the August window.

Är migrationen verkligen helt gratis?
Ja, för dig som E.ON-kund är migrationen kostnadsfri — förutsatt att laddstationerna stödjer OCPP 1.6 och är online vid migrationstillfället. Vi pekar om och eskalerar utan att ta betalt för själva flytten. Eventuella tilläggsåtgärder (firmware-uppgraderingar, byte av kommunikationsmoduler m.m.) offereras separat om de behövs.
Behöver jag byta hårdvara eller installera nya laddare?
Nej, i de flesta fall behöver du inte byta hårdvara. Vi tar över din befintliga laddlösning förutsatt att den stödjer OCPP 1.6 och har stabil konnektivitet. Vår plattform stödjer de flesta laddboxar på marknaden — Garo, Zaptec, KEBA, CTEK , ChargeAmps, Alfen, Alpitronic, Delta, Kempower och fler.
Hur fungerar prismodellen 70/30 respektive 90/10?
Du kan behålla den fördelning du har idag. På 70/30 går 70 % av varje laddningstransaktion till dig som anläggningsägare, 30 % till ChargeNode för support, drift och betallösning. På 90/10 behåller du 90 % mot ett något högre fast pris per ladduttag och månad.
Vad är bindningstiden?
Tre månaders uppsägningstid.
Hur lång tid tar migrationen?
Från att du signerar avtalet till att vi är ute på plats tar ca 12 veckor. Hur lång tid besöket på plats tar beror på hur många ladduttag ni har, men räkna med ca 10-20 min per uttag. Som referens migrerade vi 14 500 ladduttag från en operatör på två månader under 2025 — Sveriges största migrationsprojekt hittills.
Tar ni över ansvaret för hårdvaran?
Nej. Garantiansvar och installationsansvar för hårdvaran ligger kvar hos den ursprungliga leverantören. Vi tar över driften av tjänsten — backend, support, betallösning och systemövervakning.
Vad händer med mina laddanvändare?
Vi föreser er med information ni kan skicka vidare till boende, hyresgäster eller medarbetare.
Ingår årlig kontroll i grundpriset?
Nej, det är ett tilläggspaket på 59 kr/månad per AC-laddpunkt. DC-laddare prissätts separat.
