The most important variables regarding the time of electric car charging are battery size, the vehicle's built-in charging capacity, and the type of charging center. The speed of charging via a fast charger also differs during different parts of the charging cycle; charging from 0% to 80% is faster than from 80% to 100%. It is recommended that you charge the car to no more than 80% so as not to wear out the battery unnecessarily. Charging time can also be longer during the winter because the lithium ions in the battery move more slowly at lower temperatures, and because much of the energy goes into heating the battery first.
They usually talk about two different types of charging stations. AC charger (for normal charge) and DC charger (fast charger).
