Why does the car charge slower than usual?

It may be because: 1. The car limits the power (cold battery or settings in the car). 2. Load balancing (several cars share the power). 3. Your charging cable (a single phase cable can max 3.7 kW). 4. The battery is almost full (last 20% runs slower).
