Four successful pricing models

  1. Fixed monthly fee: Approximately 500 SEK/month for parking space with charge, in addition to usual
    parking rent. Easy to budget for both you and the tenant.
  2. Pay per kWh: The tenant is charged for the electricity actually consumed, often 3—5 SEK/kWh. Ger
    fair distribution but requires smart metering system.
  3. Hybrid solution: Basic fee 200-300 SEK/month for the asset, plus electricity consumption for
    self-cost. Balancing predictability with fairness.
  4. Included in the rent: Increase the rent by 300—500 SEK for apartments with charging space. Easiest
    administrative but not suitable for all tenants.
