What you will be told:
ChargeNode will automatically import all information about your facility and charging points that are available in the MER platform. We need your help with critical information so that decalination can go as smoothly as possible. Migration is carried out by two different methods. Desktop migration (1a) and Onsite (1b). You will be informed about the method that applies to your particular plant by email.
Desks This means that the move is done remotely. We will post decals and instructions to you and ask you for help with our instruction, decal and connect the right socket to the right decal. You always have support from us by phone or email if needed.
Desktop migration requires information about who will receive the decals and be responsible for the job at your facilities.
Onsite means that one of our technicians visits your facility and decals and connects on site.
For this process, we need to ensure access to the areas to be visited. If areas are locked, you need to let us know how our technicians can gain access.
In the second step, you get access to the portal where you can manage your charging points. You will be helped to verify that the information is correct and that the portal is working properly before we proceed to the next step.
Information for your charging customers. More will email all charging customers who are registered at private facilities or who have access to a discount.
Here they will get information on how they can connect their email address to a member group and link the RFID tag to ChargeNode.
Please send out this letter to all those you know who are loading at your place. If you know that you have Companies that pay for charging by invoice, they need to apply for Business account here
As soon as your facility is decaled and the sockets are connected to ChargeNode, charging will take place via ChargeNode App, RFID and Business Account.

More Sweden AB is currently undertaking a strategic realignment with the goal of becoming a pure public charging operator. This means that More will cease to offer charging facilities with associated services to companies. ChargeNode, the leading charging operator in the Nordic region for charging solutions for companies, will take over all customer agreements.
ChargeNode will take over all customer agreements as soon as your facility is moved to ChargeNode's platform. Nothing will change in terms of business model, contract length or other terms and conditions.
For your end users, it means a seamless charging experience with more options to start and pay for charging.

ChargeNode has its own developed platform with a customer portal where you can view statistics, dashboard, manage your members, control pricing, create discount structures, order service, etc. ChargeNode supports group account, so many facilities can be linked under the same account for easy adminstration. You will have access to the Portal when we move the facility to ChargeNode. If you are a contract manager, your account will be created automatically and you will receive an email from ChargeNode with your login details.
The new Chargenode portal gives you as a facility owner full control over your charging infrastructure. You can set your own charging rates — variable, fixed or scheduled — and get a clear financial overview with revenue reports and cost tracking. The portal makes it easy to order service, manage members and create discount structures. You get access to a powerful dashboard with insights into charging behavior and energy consumption, as well as the ability to manage multiple charging locations through a group account.
Advanced features such as fault alarms, remote restart and cable unlocking ensure safe and efficient operation. Everything is brought together in a user-friendly interface that simplifies both administration and business development.

We will need your help to ensure that we have accurate information about you. Depending on the type of facility you have, it will be migrated through desktop or onsite migration. Desk means that we move the plant remotely and you can assist with decaling. Onsite, means we get out on site and decal.
You will receive an email from us where we will guide you through the process.
No, the guarantee is not affected by this migration.
Yes, you will be able to use your existing RFID tag after migration. However, we recommend that you order a new Chargenode tag from us.
Connect your existing tag to ChargeNode and load as usual.
All charge transactions at ChargeNode's facilities are handled by ChargeNode. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our support.
MER tags continue to work as usual on Mers public chargers.
