You will get this message if your EV does not begin charging. Please perform the following checks:

  1. Press ‘cancel’ in the app. Unlock the EV
    > Disconnect the cable from the EV and the socket
    > Plug the cable in properly and try charging again using the app
  2. If this does not work, change sockets and begin charging again
  3. If none of the above works, contact us
