You will get this message if your EV does not begin charging. Please perform the following checks:
- Press ‘cancel’ in the app. Unlock the EV
> Disconnect the cable from the EV and the socket
> Plug the cable in properly and try charging again using the app - If this does not work, change sockets and begin charging again
- If none of the above works, contact us
