Give your colleagues the opportunity to use our app when charging. Find, start and end your loads directly in the app and avoid paper receipts, travel bills and expense reports.
Manage multiple vehicles and users.
If you have a car pool or several company cars with different drivers, you can easily connect these users to the same simple invoice service. You have the option of starting the charge via RFID tag and it can be linked to a specific vehicle and registration number. In the company portal, you as a company admin handle the registration of users and vehicles so that you have full control.
Sustainability reporting.
Company account gives you better control over your sustainability reporting. Each tag or user profile can be linked to a vehicle registration number. Each month you will receive an Excel report of all charging sessions with data such as date, location, amount charged, price and license plate number (if provided).
Integration with leasing companies.
ChargeNode works with most leasing companies, so that the charging of your leased cars can be paid directly by the leasing company. This way you get the same invoice flow as for other vehicle-related costs.
Access to private charging areas and discounts.
With the Corporate Account you get a unique corporate code. This code can be used to be invited to charge at private charging areas that are otherwise not accessible to the public. This is particularly useful for hauliers who need to charge at another depot.Facility owners also have the option to link your Company Code to a discount group if a lower electricity price is to be offered.
Choose between company and private charging.
As a user of the app with a linked Company Account, you can choose the payment method before each charge. This way, as an employee, you can charge the company for charging during working hours and use your private payment card for private charging.
