Customer case: BRF Ystadshus 8

One customer that recently migrated to ChargeNode is Riksbyggen BRF Ystadshus 8 in Ystad. When the previous supplier ran into financial difficulties, they looked for a new partner.

“We settled on ChargeNode, which seemed stable and offered a good contract and a good web portal with smooth functions,” says Thomas Olsson, administrator of the new platform.

After the contract was terminated on a specific date, ChargeNode got in touch the following morning and the facility was back in operation that afternoon.

– “So it was clearly beyond our expectations. We’ve been very pleased with ChargeNode so far. No disruptions and good functionality in the web portal.”
